Come join us for the first iteration of CV, an experimental documentation and exhibition project celebrating and archiving the artwork and legacy of Gregory Bae.

For the past two and a half years, Bill's Auto has been home to a significant collection of artworks by Gregory Bae. Having occurred in grief and packaged in haste by Greg's brother Bosco and a group of friends, there is now an opportunity to begin the process of archiving this collection spanning more than a decade.

CV is a public documentation and exhibition project. Our purpose is to develop a series of events that will act as research sessions for the archive of Gregory Bae, and celebrate his life and work among friends. We want you to come see the work as it's being documented, and help to continue the dialogue around one of most impactful artists that Chicago has seen.

CV is a collaboration between Bill’s Auto and the production company Bob. in conjunction with the Gregory Bae Memorial Fund and the family of Gregory Bae.

There will be a presentation of Bae's work in the gallery of Bill's Auto, as well as a selection of art objects being documented for the developing digital archive of Gregory Bae.
We hope to see you there!
